The Accommodation
The house sleeps up to 20 guests across five bedrooms, with every bedroom benefiting from its own private en-suite – particularly handy when a large group is getting ready for a day or night out.
There’s plenty of room to spend time together, including a large dining area, comfortable lounge and games room, as well as a private garden and hot tub outside.

The Georgian Country House is approximately 9 miles from both Bath and Bristol, making it a great base for groups who want easy access to either city.
Spend the weekend enjoying the space of a country house while still being within easy reach of Bath and Bristol for restaurants, bars, shopping, sightseeing and nightlife.
Good to Know
The Georgian Country House is one of two completely separate properties within the same Georgian manor. Each house is fully self-contained, with its own private entrance, garden and indoor spaces, and there are no shared facilities.
The adjoining house may be occupied by another group during your stay. Although your house and outdoor areas are entirely private, you may occasionally hear guests staying in the neighbouring part of the property.
For larger groups, both houses can be booked together to accommodate up to 38 guests, subject to availability.
Parking, Payments & Security Deposit
- Private parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance and a £500 refundable security deposit are due six weeks before arrival. The security deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to the property being left in accordance with the house rules and no damage being identified.
Important Information
- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am to respect neighbouring properties and the local community.
- The property must be left reasonably clean and tidy, with rubbish placed in the designated bins.
