Your 90-minute hen party or birthday dance class takes place at a venue – everything is sorted for you. Simply turn up, pick your theme and let your instructor take care of the rest. Choose from over 50 themes, including Dirty Dancing, line dancing, burlesque, 80s and 90s classics, ABBA, cheerleading and salsa – there’s something to suit every group’s style, whether you’re planning a hen do, birthday party or group celebration. Some dance themes include props to make the session more fun – your instructor will let you know which props are included for your chosen routine.
Soundbath Info
Our 1-hour soundbath instructor comes directly to your accommodation – no extra travel, no extra stress. Sessions can also take place outside, weather permitting. Lie back, relax and let the sound wash over you as you unwind together as a group.

Do we need any dance or soundbath experience?
No experience is needed for either part. The dance instructor will guide everyone step by step with beginner-friendly routines, and the soundbath is a fully guided, lie-back-and-relax experience.
Can smaller groups join?
Yes. Smaller groups are welcome, but you must select 10 people when booking to meet the minimum spend.
Are props included?
Some dance themes include props to make the session more fun.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in for the dance class. Trainers or dance shoes are recommended. For the soundbath, loose, comfortable clothing is best. During the winter months please bring something warm.
