Description
Seated breathwork and stretching for workplace teams
This 60-minute session is an easy way to introduce wellbeing into the working day without needing a large exercise space or asking your team to change into workout clothes.
Your instructor will guide the group through simple breathing techniques alongside gentle seated stretches, with particular attention given to areas that can become tight during the working day, including the neck, shoulders, back, wrists and hips.
The session is suitable for complete beginners and is designed to help your team step away from their usual routine, release physical tension and return to the day feeling refreshed and more focused.
Designed for offices and workplaces
Unlike a traditional yoga class, this session can be carried out from chairs or workstations, making it particularly suitable for offices, meeting rooms and conference environments.
There’s no need for yoga mats or specialist equipment, and the session can be fitted into a staff wellbeing day, team away day or workplace event.
